Hello! When in art mode, the TV power consumption is much less than when in TV mode. It also has a sensor so the art turns off when no one’s in the room and on when someone comes in the room. You can find a bit more info here as well!

Good question! Even if it isn’t hung, I think The Frame will still look more design-forward than most other options on the market. But the look of it hung on a wall is really what sets it apart from the rest. It’s definitely a personal choice but I think if it were me, I’d skip The Frame in this instance and find an option that was a bit less of an investment!

In the family room, I drilled a hole in a nearby cupboard and put the box in there. In our bedroom, we hid the box behind the dresser that’s underneath it. You would likely have to get a bit creative with its placement (and I understand if that makes the TV a bit less appealing)!

My question is this; We have a built in entertainment console and if/when we get a TV (we don’t currently own one) the TV cannot hang on the wall (we renovated our home and this particular wall was a pickle bc we had to make it less suitable to hang heavy things in favor of space in the primary bathroom). Is it still worth the investment in The Frame if it can’t be hung like art?

Where do you stash that? We looked at getting one last month and decided not to because we couldn’t solve this question. It doesn’t fit behind the tv since the tv sits flush against the wall, and seems like it would require a piece of furniture or a mantle nearby and our planned placement has neither.

My honest review is that it does lack a bit in the sound department, so we are already considering a separate speaker/sound bar to amp that up a little, but other than that, LOVING it so far for all the reasons you mentioned above!
