I’m glad you found this post helpful! It can be hard to reach my upper back on my own, so that’s something to take into consideration. Another product that has helped me when it comes to at-home massage is a massage ball, which is easier to use on my back. You can find more info on the ones I use in this post if you’re curious!

You mentioned your partner helps use it on you, but do you feel you are able to get a lot of the areas yourself? My tense areas are neck, shoulders, upper to mid back. I can have one of my kids help, but hoping that I can mostly use it myself.
