As just wondering about this …is this ‘normal’….as I’ve let em all go ….Just what I needed to see…..letting go of Last remnants of people who dont feed my soul, or grow and evolve, those whose values and depth don’t match or those who are unaware and deny what’s going on in their world …..the deniers/toxics ….I just can’t anymore….and it’s ok….that’s where they are at…….I Recognise every Soul is on it’s own journey. So do with fluff……….and then….. I’m left with is me, my awesome wonderful self and best friend …..peace, no more hiding my light, no more uncarers…….I self partner ….it’s awesome…..Google article on Self Partnering by Melanie Tonia Evans……her work has changed my life….as I walk in truth, honesty and integrity with myself, open to discovering more about myself, the dark and the light sides ….no space for anyone who does not…..Life is too short. Meditation is a lifestyle as us quiet and checking in with my heart/gut….I live in a high state of gratitude which Brings o the ‘magic’ of life……I love not having to compromise myself anymore, doing what I like when I like…..not lonely at all…..this is the new consciousness evolving ….Love living on my own too……eat, sleep, do as I like when I like or not……I have not stumbled on authentic real friends I choose ……hmmm in SoCal can be challenging…….so I’m not shy to say I have only some acquaintances…we must be our ownSoul lovers first.. I’ve even let my family go…..it’s glorious …sounds selfish…..nope it’s selfless…….it allows for growth and expansion and becoming your own true self….. ❤️😊…….

Good One ! I had to walk away from limited “friends” and family last year, for …. I didn’t know what. But Something had to Change — I now live in a new climate, a new state, and the me I was there is slowly evolving a difference in interactions with strangers, that will become some new kind of routine. I’m learning about held on attitudes too. !

Thank you SO much for writing this article. I’ve had to say goodbye to number of female friendships lately and while it was difficult and a little bit sad, I felt so much weight had lifted off of me. I realized that the friendships had become one-way streets filled with drama and the insecurity of wondering whether I was “cool” enough for this group anymore (ugh, cool insta stories seem like the only focus anymore, which is weird to me!). I realized that these no longer felt like friendships where I could be myself and trust that there was mutual love and respect, which I value highly in my relationships (friendships and romantic partners). As I came into my 30’s I realized I was crazing deeper connections as life at this stage becomes increasingly more difficult. It was the right choice for me to move on from those friendships and I’ve been opening up about that decisions to my other friends who started to feel similar things in their 30s.
