As I downsize my bookshelf, I feel torn between keeping the books I’m reading now and the books I’ve read in the past. It’s good to remember I can keep my all time favorite titles on my shelves and still find childhood favorites at the library.

I have a whole stack of Babysitter’s Club books that I picked up at a library book sale. I haven’t read them again yet, but I may dig them out for my daughter while we’re social distancing and attempting to homeschool. They were formative for me, so I think they’d give me a little joy in this dark time, and I think she would enjoy them as well.
