I am in the thick of wedding planning right now and this was super helpful. I am also a detail oriented perfectionist who desperately wanted a courthouse wedding, but had to give in to my fiance’s insistence on a big wedding. (I actually plan events for a living, and have done several weddings for others, but it’s nothing like planning one for yourself.)
