I’ve got a messy sleep schedule I don’t even know my circadian rhythm anymore. I almost stayed 24 hours a day in my room, with almost little to no sunlight exposure. I’m used to skipping meals (especially breakfast), and I could barely make myself do an ounce of work. yet somehow, I’m still here
my body can bear everything, I mean I’m still alive, right? it may sound strange but every time I put my hand on my chest and feel it beating, it gave me hope.
