I usually think of change in a relationship as one person growing or changing away from what brought the couple together in the first place so it’s really nice to reframe it as something mutual that doesn’t need to be at all destructive to the relationship. Also, an absolute YES to doing solitary things while being physically together – there’s something so calming and fulfilling about this.
