He finally set up the piece of decor waiting for his long arms and legs to be put in display and he took me to get flowers and our air plants to our favorite flower shop… I was so touched by his gesture, he is really listening and as your post suggests: it’s not about the item but the thought a person puts into when gifting something/their time.
