Oh Erika, I am so sorry. Yes, excruciating. I get it and I’ve been there, and I feel for you right now. I think your biggest job right now is #6. Just take really good care of yourself right now. You’re tender and raw, and you deserve to be cared for well. #8 and #9 will help you with that. And #4 definitely helped me through that excruciating period. Things had just grown stagnant for me. I love him, but we each need to grow. I’m really struggling as he moves out, but I’m trying to stay optimistic for my new future. This list is inspiring and gives me some goals to keep in mind as I move ahead.
I guess I just want to ask, what do you do during this excruciatingly painful in-between period of ending things and beginning some of the things on the list? This is the second day into this for me and I’m not sure what to do with myself to keep from going into a downward spiral.
