While I am married (for the most part happily), I have found that the relationship to myself is the MOST important one and that has been a big work in progress of late. I have said for years that if my house is a mess, I’m a mess so the environment is huge. If only I could let dishes and dustbunnies sit…if only!

And I can totally relate, especially with the environment-aspect in our overall well-being. I literally function on solar power so living in a country where sun is a rare sight even in Summer has had it’s toll on my well-being.
