It is so great to see an approach that goes beyond recommendations for (often harsh) products! I had mild-to-moderate adult acne through my 20s and into my 30s, and had an adversarial relationship with my skin. In my late 30s my acne worsened, and a host of other health issues led me to address my diet. Eliminating gluten improved my skin and gut issues a bit, and encouraged me to also eliminate dairy. The change was fast and dramatic. My skin hasn’t looked this good since before puberty! It has also helped to shift my mindset, from one of battling my skin and body, to one of nurturing, nourishing, and caring for myself. I only wish I had figured it out sooner!
